Bt4vt

We release the code for reproducibility purposes, but note that the original package has undergone major restructuring and rework. This does not affect the results in the paper. However, we suggest that the updated version of the package is used going forward.

This is the first public release of bt4vt after its overhaul from sveva_fair.
