The maintainers of OpenAI Gym have recently released [Gymnasium](http://github.com/Farama-Foundation/Gymnasium), which is where future maintenance of OpenAI Gym will be taking place. Therefore, we release this version to make the Bullet-Safety-Gym environment be compatible with the Gymnasium API.
