Busgal-api

Fixes:
- XenteNovaQR registration
- Small type error (there are probably more, but I don't have that much time)

This release adds support for the XenteNovaQR app functionality. Allowing you (if you are eligible for a Xente Nova Card) to pay with your phone (using a QR, _valga la redundancia_ ). This reverse engineering (which included inspection of the decompiled app code :open_mouth: ) was done solely for fun and as a hobby; don't use it to abuse the service.

Wow 0.1.1.1 looks cool :smile: , imagine if this ever gets to 1.1.1.1 :astonished: . This release fixes `busGal_api.accounts.Account.get_card` making a `GET` instead of a `POST` request.

Now exceptions are easier to inspect when caught, there are also more of them 🥳🥳

Remove the public api (tpgal-ws**-externos**.xunta.gal), due to it being unreliable, this isn't to say the public one is great or anything 😉
