Byakuganvisualizer

Adjust the Project URLs for the pip package.

Refactor:
- Reducing code by adding Byakugan class

Fix:
- Check if image sizes are equal and if the images are of the same type
- Output image should be of the same type as input images
- Support images with alpha channel.

Features:
- Add filter for correcting images for color-blind users with deuteranomaly and/or protanomaly.
- Apply color filters on single images

First version of the command line tool byakugan_vision.
