``CacheFlavourMiddleware`` into two middlewares. This follows the same

details about why this is necessary.

If you are using ``CacheFlavourMiddleware``, you need to replace it now with
``FetchFromCacheFlavourMiddleware`` and ``UpdateCacheMiddleware``. Please
consolidate the README for more information.
