Major upgrade restructuring the files and segregatting functions in more classes to facilitate testing and configuration of the library. Strong datatype content.

For Cardano:

Now it is possible to create transactions with inline datum one of the main new features after Vasil hardfork. In next release is planned to include reference scripts and interaction with plutus smart contracts, compilationg of plutus code and more.

This release is meant to work with cardanoapi repo a work in parallel done using FastAPI to create an API for Cardano blockchain wiht multiple functionalities. [cardanoapi](https://github.com/larestrepo/cardanoapi).

This realease is complete specially for handling keys. Cardano node interactions are ready but not fully tested and documented. It will be ready for next release.

This realease is to allow the use of PyPI
