Various cleanups and internal fixes which have no impact on the cf-remote CLI.

Upgraded the deploy command - it can now deploy tarballs directly, from URLs, or deploy installed masterfiles directories which don't have configure scripts. It also accepts directory names with trailing slashes and gives better error messages than before.

No code changes, only updates to how we generate releases and determine version numbers. (Which are now not hard-coded in code, but come from git tags). This means that we can create and publish releases by clicking a single button in GH UI. No need to make a commit to change version number.
