Fixes

* Updated documentation
* `--env`/`-e` is now optional parameter
* `stacks events` without `-f` now prints up to 100 lines (previously 10). This is default page size of CloudFormation API
* Fixed event timestamp printing when `-f` not specified
* Some general cleanup
