This release is ready for HMM training and inference. Feel free to experiment with Viterbi and MAP algorithm for most likely sequence search. If you wish so feel free to help me improve the performance of these models.

What is not implemented is HSMM numerical stability connected to EM algorithm and its Viterbi algorithm.
