1. Routes were change from /api/* to /

Public version release.

In this version we improve the way users can query information. Now you can use two optional parameters "start_date", "end_date", so you can get the advertisements that match with a specific timestamp.
Additionaly, we added the ChainBreakerScraper, which is a class designed for scraper users so they we easily upload information to ChainBreaker database.
