- Make the `AttributeError` from importing HTTPXInstrument silent because
it will usually occur when a `gevent` environment only

- Build for Python 3.11 and 3.12

- Trap `AttributeError` when loading httpx. This can happen from a locust
file as they are relying on gevent heavily which changes the socket module
