- Add ``ignore_orphans_annotations`` config option.
This option ignore orphan future tags check on ignored annotations.

- Automatically detect the appropriate ``host_owner`` if undefined, in
``check-branches``.
- |backward-incompatible| **check-branches**: Drop ``host_owner`` option in the configuration file. You should remove
this option, otherwise an error will occur while reading the configuration file.

- Generate a wheel. For real. Or so I hope...

- Fix generation of wheel on release. Only a tarball was released, now
a wheel should be released as well.

- Fix compatibility with git < 2.7 in ``check-branches``.

- Fix xUnit output that contained control characters when
``check-fixmes`` or ``check-branches`` were not run with the
``--no-color`` option.
