* add hit error bar to the visualizer, mimicking osu!'s hit error bar
* add judgment indicators for misses, 50s, and 100s (small red, blue, and green circles below the relevant hitobject respectively)
* add misses, 50s, and 100s of a replay to the events table
* tint missed hitobjects red
* add setting to enable or disable hit error bar
* add links to score and beatmap on replay info sidebar
* add `Visualizersave_as_image` method to grab an image of the current state of the visualizer

* add ability to toggle players' cursors off or on by clicking on their info in the upper left
* default to 1.5 speed for dt and 0.75 speed for ht
* display minutes and seconds into the map alongside ms
* add 0.05 as a speed (previous lowest was 0.1)
* allow the time slider to be clicked anywhere to jump to that point, instead of requiring you to drag the slider to that point
* use consistent styling with pointer cursors

* use modified AR, CS, etc values for EZ if any replay being visualized has EZ enabled

* start visualizer at lowest negative time instead of 0
* allow playback into negative time if the replay has replay data for negative time

* fix distance from closest hitobj being wrong when hr is used

* add distance from/inside closest hitobj line in upper left info
