Cli-chess

- Premove capability has been added for offline and online games (thanks [LKL1235](https://github.com/LKL1235)!)
- Update to only show valid keybindings in the context of the game (e.g. Remove "Offer Draw" when playing against an engine)
- Bumped prompt-toolkit version to 3.0.44
- Minor code cleanup / restructure

Update to use latest `berserk` and `prompt-toolkit` versions.

Updates to allow pointing cli-chess requests to a different URL (e.g. a locally running lila instance or other development environment).

Update to fix Lichess TV streaming errors

Update to use [lichess-org berserk](https://github.com/lichess-org/berserk) instead of berserk-downstream.
