This required reworking GUIs to adapt to `panel 1.5.3`.

Minor updates to support 1.1.0 release of `climakitae`. Release version synced to `climakitae` package.

Minor documentation changes. Synced with climakitae 1.0.1 release.

Initial release of climakitaegui. Version synced with that of climakitae which it is dependent on. This package consists of the GUI based code in climakitae that is desired when running in a Jupyter notebook environment such as our Jupyter hub.
