Support for SDK 5.4.3-b1 (this support released Dec 2020)

* Allow SDK 5.3.1 after testing complete.

cloudgenix_config` does not yet support the new features in the CloudGenix 5.1.1b1 SDK.

This release limits the SDK to compatible versions (`<= 5.0.3b2`)
