Barebone sublime client with basic support for: - connecting - sharing a buffer - sending and receiving cursor events - sending and receiving buffer events (single buffer for now)

this is a first internal development prerelease working with diamond-types
since the new internal callback api used is solidifying but mlua 0.9.9 doesn't support them, this release contains the "last" working snapshot with some botches to make it work
