Minor changes to allow PyPi upload

This release introduces major (breaking) changes to the API. The interface has been generalised and simplified to make the handling of different data situations possible. For the core functionalities (fit and predict), faster Cython implementations have been added. A GitHub page was created for the documentation.

This is the last pre-release before major refactoring of the train/test design will be employed.
