Updated solve function to be thousands of times faster

Added a factor function to the stats file, and made the solve function in algebra significantly faster by using the rational zero theorem.

Added complex numbers and multiplication of complex numbers, in the complex.py file.

Added tokenizer function to the machine learning file.

Added standard deviation to the stats file
