Updated code to work with up-to-date versions of requirements.
Plotting of ROC-AUC curves not yet supported as sklearn API has changed.
Until then, v0.1.1 still remains long term support version.

after a lot of debugging, i found that i made a simple typo...

this version includes a range of new functions and workflow.
with version 0.0.8, the first major development circle is a wrap.

this version corresponds to the JOSS publication and contains updated documentation of the model as well as improved model installation via pip install and its description.

now with most complete functionality to make projections based on classifier from reference run.
