In this new release :
- Removed the obsolete client and server blocks, the arduino inout and the picamera_webcam camera
- Added the fake_inout inout
- Added a shortcut to access documentation via crappy.doc()
- Greatly improved the online documentation
- Fixed bugs
- Other minor improvements

- Moved some data files into the package, so that example scripts can load them without the user having to care
- Moved kernel file for GPU correlation into the package, prevents path issues when crappy is installed with pip
- Fixed bug when compiling documentation with C modules missing
