Create-tomochain-masternode

Add the following features:
- Support pre-existing docker volumes (good for migrating from tmn)

Fix:
- Remove some debug strings

Add the following features:
- Change the name of the container so it still work with people scripts made for tmn
- Fix logging level

Initial release including:

- User friendly cli questionnaire
- Compiling the answers into a working docker-compose configuration
- Some tips on getting started
