Hotfix removing dotenv

Requests made directly from read_html in pandas was being blocked hence requests and bs4 is used to gather tables and then load into dataframes.

Added average player data for batting and bowling.

Data extraction bug fixes.

Documentation section updates.

Added new documentation files.
