1.3.0

Several changes to crspy that improve functionality.

1. User now selects a calibration period manually (UTC time). This means the correct period is averaged when looking at sites in different locations across the globe.
2. Default option (can be turned off) to output daily aggregated SM data. This includes the updated uncertainty values from a longer integration time.
3. User can manually add Absolute Humidity (E_AH) values and ask crspy to use these (gap fill) when it cannot derive AH from data (e.g. when temperature and relative humidity sensors are missing).
4. User can force crspy to use era5land data (namely for humidity corrections), even when E_RH and E_TEM data is available. This can help when E_RH/E_TEM data is gappy.

1.2.2

- Fixed bug in ERA5 download helper function (with thanks to Karoline Kny)
- Fixed bugs stemming from uncertain data types
- Introduced automatic formatting for data downloaded from CosmOz
- Removed data files as there is now a separate repository for this (crspy_example)
- Removed docker files as there is now a separate repository for this (crspy_docker)

1.2.1

- fixed typo
- added function to era5land that allows selection of save location (for use with external HD)
- tidy up of folders

1.2.0

- Changed the name_list.py file to a config.ini file
- Removed redundant functions
- Initial uploads of docker functionality (WIP)
- Changes to setup.py that fixed some bugs
- Tidy up tables

1.1.0

Changes:

- Changed the N0 Calibration so that it uses a range relative to the counts at the site (navg, navg*2) rather than hard coded (0,10000)
- Added routine to use BD_ISRIC when BD is not available
- Fixed bugs in metadata
- Added references
