Cs-brix

This version fixes known bugs (most notably 45) and pushes new features (most notably 34).

1. Indicator with `indicator_type=grid` allows for more complex update to GEOGRIDDATA.
2. Quality of life functions, including set timezone of table, center initial table view,
3. Changes to Handler listen including: robust mode that will not halt runtime when a grid configuration breaks an indicator, and low frequency resting mode that will trigger after 5 minutes of no changes in grid.
4. New class `Grid_maker` used to create new tables using python.

This version is compatible with the most recent version of cityio: https://github.com/CityScope/CS_CityIO/

Additionally, this version contains tools to simulate user behaviors interacting with the table, useful for debugging, and deprecates the Indicator.link_table functionality.

This version adds hybrid indicators and allows the user to define the transparency of GEOGRIDDATA cells.

This is the last version that will have `Indicator.link_table`, so a warning has been added.

This version includes changes in how as_df and exclude_noninteractive are handled. Both are now methods of GEOGRIDDATA object, as opposed to parameters of GEOGRIDDATA. This gives the module builder more control of the format they want the data to be in.

This version also includes:
* as_graph function to integrate with networkx.
* functions to quickly visualize a heatmap that is non-responsive to grid changes.

Allows users to add functions that update `GEOGRIDDATA` to the actions taken by `brix.Handler.listen`. Updated to `GEOGRIDDATA` happen right before the new indicators are calculated and are also triggered by a change in the hash of `GEOGRIDDATA`.

Fixes issue with `setup.py` importing `requirements.txt` when using `pip`.
