Cube-helper

cube_helper is now available from PyPI via `pip install cube_helper`.

- Output now logged rather than printed to sys.stdout

- Output is now more concise, with attribute and dimensional inconsistencies logged on one line.

- Output can be turned off with new function ``muffle_logger()`` and can be reset with ``reset_logger``
