Cumulus-library-covid

This release generates two new ChatGPT symptom tables, based on recent new ETL tasks:
- `covid_symptom__nlp_results_gpt35` (ETL) -> `covid_symptom__symptom_gpt35` (this study)
- `covid_symptom__nlp_results_gpt4` (ETL) -> `covid_symptom__symptom_gpt4` (this study)

This release supports (and requires) Cumulus Library 3.0.
