D3heatmap

* First bug fix!

* init file added to utils directory

Very first release of the d3heatmap library!
This library is cool because:

* create heatmap in d3js using python
* creates stand-alone html files that can easily be shared
* clustering of the heatmap
* interactive plot
* looks pretty
