- The `dagster-cloud workspace` CLI now has a configurable Agent heartbeat timeout. The CLI will logspew every few seconds while waiting for the Agent to sync a code location.
- When a code location is added or updated, a notification will appear in Dagit, and the Workspace tab will automatically refresh.
- Added additional retries when the ECS agent encounters a problem spinning up a new service.

Bugfixes

- Trying to add a code location with an empty name now throws an error message.
- Fixed an issue where the alert policy UI would not allow creating an alert policy with no tags, which targets all jobs.
