general addition of new software

New release to also access to all dockers from biocontainers

Fix regression when specifying the version of the software to be installed

- Integrate fishshell as a compatible shell with autocompletion included
- command export has now a --output option
- added command 'damona list'

Stable release of damona.

Future changes are for admin usage (e.g., stats) and improvements of the remove command (to handle cleaner removal when binary belongs to several images).

- better - simpler bash script
- ability to add/delete a software from different images
- add --rename in 'damona env'
- base environment is now at the same level as users' environment
- add the --help in activate/deactivate commands (non-trivial due to shell script dependence)
- add zenodo upload for admin
