Dar-backup

dar-backup maintenance release with some improvements

- systemd timers & service files, ready to drop into $HOME/.config/systemd/user/ (see [README.md](https://github.com/per2jensen/dar-backup/blob/main/share/README.md) )
- ls-archives.sh outputs number of saved and removed files
- added a test runner
- added a test to run install.sh from current files in repo

- dar-backup installed on program path containing spaces now generates par2 files. (par2 generation failed previously)

- improved testing
- install.sh adds "archives" directory below installation directory and configures dar-backup.conf.
- "dar-backup.sh -d dar-backup --local-backup-dir" will create a backup in the "archives" directory.
