Endringer:
- Støtte for cloud composer

Miljø avgjøres på bakgrunn av om miljøvariabelen GCS_BUCKET er satt, noe den vil være for composer instanser. Lagt til tilsvarende integrasjonstest som leser fra gcs bucket i stedet for repoet i initcontainer.

De gamle operatorene kaller nå bare på den nye logikken.
