Dbt-sqlite

NOTE: compatible with dbt-core >= 1.9.x

Updates for this adapter have badly fallen behind, so I skipped over several minor versions of dbt-core to support >= 1.9.0. As such, this release has not been as thoroughly tested as other releases, though the basic functionality should be intact.

- This is a compatibility release. There are no new features or bugfixes since v1.5.1.
