Initial release.
The `dependent_bterms` package currently supports the creation of special `AsymptoticRing`s with univariate, monomial growth groups for which a single dependent variable can be added.
Growth groups with more complicated factors (log / exp scheme) or multiple (independent) variables are not yet supported.
