Breaking release

This is a breaking release caused by the implementation of a Click interface as opposed to just a runnable script.

Changes

* The old `deputil` command is now `deputil update`

Additions

* The `deputil latest` command, which fetches the latest version of any package

Fixes

* Fixed a scanning bug where some valid expressions would return no results

* Fix bug where extras (for example, `analytix[df]`) would cause crashes
* Added directory of the file the dependency is located in output

Fix bug where you couldn't pass glob expressions to search your own files.

First PyPI release! This release adds the basic framework and command.
