This release closes 23.

- Update `sensitivity.ipynb` so that it can be used from Google colab
- with fixed version of `deshima-sensitivity` package
- Remove binder config (`environment.yml`)
- Update description of notebook access in README

**This release has a bug, which unables to read an atmospheric data file attached to the package. Please use v0.2.1 or later.**

This release closes 18. Now the package `deshima-sensitivity` is avaiable in PyPI.

- Remane package directory (`desim` → `deshima_sensitivity`)
- Update description in `pyproject.toml`
- Update code in `sensitivity.ipynb`
