Second alpha release of Deuce-Client

Initial Release of the Deuce Client:
- Able to Authenticate with Deuce
- Able to create, list, and delete vaults, files, and blocks
- deleting vaults requires that all files and blocks within the vault be deleted first (per Deuce)
