This release introduces the concept of:

* A `GoalTask` to define tasks where goals must be consecutively reached within a single episode.
* A `GoalEnvironment` that gracefully deals with potentially infeasible goal sampling.

The `Reach` task has also been revamped and simplified to match the one defined in OpenAI's [robogym](https://github.com/openai/robogym) repo.
