New Menu Class to Interface with

✨ The introduction of the Menu class, so that the state of the menu can be managed internally.
✨ Introduction of events so that people can patch into the state of objects. The introduced event is ON_CHANGE for menus

⚡ Make Jinja2 Environment accessible, so that it can extendable.

⚡ Make default value for message dataclasses

✨ New Features
- Expansive Message, fields that overrun the text limit will be put in another message and connected by menu
- Deprecate ``respond_with_modal`` and ``menu`` methods and instead make ``rendered_send`` deduce the message type
- Allow menus to refer to pages by keys, and have it under pages list
