Dj-log-config-helper

Small hotfix to get travis ci integration to automatically deploy to PyPi.

This release introduces an `additional_packages` parameter to the `configure_installed_apps_logger` helper method so that users can define a set of library packages to log outside of INSTALLED_APPS. This allows for second-level dependent libraries to be logged as needed. A TravisCI integration has also been introduced in this release with an automatic release to PyPi following a tagged release.

Initial release of log helper with `configure_installed_app_loggers` method and unit tests.
