Django-role-permissions

- `has_role_decorator` and `has_permission_decorator` now have a keyword parameter (redirect_url) to select the redirect url, it takes precedence over `redirect_to_login`
- Allow setting a role as abstract so it becomes be unusable
- Drops support for python 3.5 and 3.6
- Adds support for python 3.10 and 3.11
- Drops support for django 2.2, 3.0, 3.1, and 4.0
- Adds support for django 4.1 and 4.2

- Performance improvement for the `available_perm_status` and `remove_role_from_user` methods (https://github.com/vintasoftware/django-role-permissions/pull/122)
- Fix import compatibility with Python 3.9 (https://github.com/vintasoftware/django-role-permissions/pull/123)
- Removes support for Python 3.5

There are major changes from version 1.x to 2.x. Here are some of them worth noting:

- Django role permissions now supports multiple role attribution
- Function names have changed to adapt to multiple roles
- Import paths have changed
