Django-simplemfa

This version adds a feature that allows the user to select how they want to receive the MFA code along with some other enhancements and bug fixes.

This version supports phone call, text message and email based on user preferences.

Updated model attributes. More code cleanup.

Fixed issue with duplicate codes being sent on page refresh. Simplified the codebase. Fixed some minor bugs.

This is the initial alpha release that supports only email MFA verification at this time.
