Bugfix on make_translation_migrations

Bugfixes:

Javascript 31
- [x] On some cases the js doesn't fetch the correct tag (given case: new translation tag with no aux. tag)
- [x] When editing a tag, js won't load the translation type on the select dropdown
- [x] When DRF has pagination, it's breaking the JS

Makemigrations command 28
- [x] The migration is being made in given app dir, but the content is being written on "translationserver" dir

Improvements
- [x] Prevent "DTS" tags from being edited

- Updated fields "auxiliary info" and "primary info" with the select translation type tags;
- Removed ability to edit translation type
