* Removed parameter ``url`` from ``ZomboDBIndex``. This simplifies the support of multiple deployment environments (local, staging, production), because the ElasticSearch URL isn't copied to inside migrations code (see `Issue 17 <https://github.com/vintasoftware/django-zombodb/issues/17>`_).
