Dlhub-cli

The only acceptable way to providing model names is now "<owner>/<name>". The CLI previously also accepted the name as two words separated by spaces.

We updated how the authorization works in the DLHub SDK. This release works with that new SDK

Major overhaul of how Globus Authorization is handled in the CLI

The init function now creates a description script rather than load a `dlhub.json` file.
