Dodonacli

Not much work in this release. It hopefully shows less errors. That's something, I guess...

This release is an add-on to the previous, where the new settings were introduced.
Some things didn't yet use those settings, but now do.
Also moved some imports into functions that need them, resulting in some speed-ups when Dodona's API isn't called.

Settings
This release introduces settings for DodonaCLI.
They don't have a subcommand yet, so you need to edit this file yourself, but there are some handy features in them. To make them work, almost every file in the code had to change a bit. But it should be alright now... Let me know if anything seems off!
