Dogratian-usb-sensors

This is our first public release, tested on Python 2.7 up to 3.10 on both Linux and Windows platforms.
Supported sensors are USB-TnH, USB-PA and USB-VOC.

There shouldn't be hundreds of releases here since it's a quite simple project.
