- Boto3LogsClient can now throw ClientRetriable error if AWS credentials expired

- RequestEnvelope renamed to HttpRequestEnvelope, added AbstractRequestEnvelope to formalize it. getCacheKey is now part of it, instead of FileCacheWrapper
