DIT v0.5.0 new features：

1. 为`hbond`命令增加了更多功能：支持计算氢键的平均距离和角度，支持氢键的集合运算，详见doc
2. 增加了`dssp`命令用于计算二级结构相关的图，详见doc
3. 修复了一些问题

Addes some functions and updated some details.
Pretty stable now I guess.

DIT is capable for normal application, but still some work should be done:

1. input space in legends
2. the calculation of moving average is too slow
3. support of changing x-values in XPM and XVG
4. savefig() and --noshow for XVG module
5. add (optional) to help infos in HELP module
