Added a 'set password' command allowing to enable or disable the server password and removing the 'password-protection' prompt on new installations

Added support for basic authentication (e.g. through a reverse proxy). Can be used with the `--basic-user` and `--basic-pass` parameters inline, in the params file, or interactively.
